Had a weekend trip to a hotel and I enjoyed their delicious breakfast, they serve a variety of a la carte dishes which were really good. The hotel location is also a plus, it's located near a subway station, which makes getting around the city very easy. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making it easier for me to check-in and check-out.
There were some negatives as well. The room was dirty and not well maintained, the carpets were stained and the linens had stains as well.

The Sauna and Steam rooms are outstanding and provide you with a luxurious atmosphere. Special diet menus and leisure rooms are also at your disposal. The location is perfect, with beautiful scenic views and easy access to the city's main attractions.
The only minor issue is that the dining options are a bit expensive, but the quality of food and drinks entirely justify the price you pay.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport and restaurants nearby. The staff provided exceptional service, even when dealing with complicated requests. The room was well-designed, with comfortable beds and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide selection of options to choose from.
The view from the room wasn't particularly spectacular.

Great hotel during Christmas time, staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find the location and well connected to public transport. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and a fun festive atmosphere. The decorations were really nice and made the stay feel special. Plenty of activities and things to do, perfect for the holiday season. They had a great bar and lounge area.
The room was quite small and cramped and the bed was not the most comfortable. We had some trouble with the air conditioning which was noisy and didn't work properly.
